IVM Tool & Die Company has been privately owned an operated by Marvin Mallaley since 1978. Marvin started in his basement in 1978,and moved into his garage shortly after, and offically started business.

By 1982 the company quickly outgrew the garage, and moved to a 2000 sq. ft. facility. In 1992 Marvin added another 1750 sq. ft. to building. In 2017 we added another 5000 sq. ft. and changed our name to IVM Tool LLC

IVM Tool LLC today, is capable of many machining services, from making parts for the local farmer down the road to major companies, that cover anything from the auto industry to major labeling packaging companies and stress testing facilities.

IVM Tool has designed and developed a wide varity of test fixtures and custom machines. For customers that have there own software for testing anything from vibrations and gear sensors in auto transmissions, to detecting parts missing from an assembly on a high production factory. And tooling/fixturing for testing implants.
